Ezhil Varsha T and Gopika I, students of S. Thangapazham Agricultural College (STAC), have secured the first prize in Category 2: Budding Student Innovators at the Food and Natural Products Innovation Expo 2025, organized by E-Yuva Centre, TNAU, Coimbatore.
Out of the eight teams of STAC students who participated in the E-Yuva contest, which had two rounds, Ezhil Varsha and Gopika’s innovative product, “Non-Veg Pancer: A High-Protein Paneer Alternative,” impressed the judges and earned them the top spot in their category.
The expo was held on December 20-21, 2025, and showcased innovative products in food and natural products. The students’ achievement is a testament to their creativity and innovative spirit.
